While in Helsinki we can just walk some streets away from Cafe Neuhaus to Cafe Fazer. This cafe is operated by the Fazer company - the Finnish sweets company.
The hot chocolate: They offer two kinds of hot chocolate regular and "Karl Fazer hot chocolate". Don't even bother thinking about the regular one, it's not worth the money (chocolate syrup and milk). The "Karl Fazer" one is one of the most entertaining hot chocolates. It comes with hot milk, a cup of melted chocolate, whipped cream, cinnamon, cardamon, chili, crushed sweets and some chocolate for dessert. It's not the very best chocolate, but one must have seen it.
The price: Something around 5€.
The cafe: Large cafe offering also lunch and many other stuff. It's also open until late. The echo in the back of the restaurant is really interesting.
